Salary₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month (including base pay + performance incentives + bonuses)

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up grocery / essentials orders from Blinkit dark-store / hub and deliver to customers within the stipulated time (10-minute quick-commerce expectation).
• Safely transport goods on a two-wheeler, ensuring items are handled with care (no damage, no missing items).
• Navigate the delivery route optimally, monitor traffic & road conditions, use navigation apps.
• Ensure on-time delivery, meeting daily/weekly targets for completed orders.
• Collect cash on delivery or electronic payments if required; maintain records and hand over collections as per company policy.
• Maintain delivery logs, app records (start time, end time, customer feedback, issues).
• Observe traffic rules, wear proper safety gear (helmet, reflective vest), keep bike in good condition and report any maintenance/repair issues.
• Provide courteous, polite customer interaction; represent Blinkit brand in field.
• Escalate any customer or delivery issues (wrong address, inaccessible location, item missing) promptly to supervisor/hub.
• Adhere to company uniform, delivery bag, and Blinkit brand standards.
• Eligibility / RequirementsMinimum age: 18 years.
• Education: Preferably Class 10 pass (or equivalent); freshers welcome (no prior delivery experience required).
• Must own/use a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid driving licence, registration (RC), insurance.
• Must have a smartphone (Android) with internet access.
• Knowledge of local area/roads is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends if needed.
• Physically fit to ride, climb stairs, carry goods etc.
• Good time-management skills, punctual, dependable, customer-friendly.
• Basic literacy to use delivery app, read addresses, enter delivery status.
