We’re building a team that knows how to make solar look cool, smart, and absolutely unavoidable. If you can take a brand, give it a voice, push it in front of the right people, and turn clicks into customers—keep reading.

What you’ll own:

SEO: You should know Google’s mood swings better than your own. Keyword research, on-page optimisation, link building—basically making sure we show up exactly where people are looking.

SEM: Managing Google Ads, analysing performance, tweaking campaigns, and squeezing maximum ROI out of every rupee.

Social Media: Planning, creating, and posting content that doesn’t look like it was made in a hurry. You’ll run our pages, grow our audience, and make our brand sound human, not robotic.

Content Ideas: Bring fresh concepts, reels, visuals, hooks, and copy that actually grab attention.

Analytics: You should be able to read numbers, understand what they’re trying to say, and act on them.

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who has actually done digital marketing, not just watched YouTube tutorials.

A doer—hands-on, creative, and hungry to build something real.

You understand solar? Great. You don’t? No problem—you’ll learn fast.

You’re comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and improving even faster.

Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) are a big plus.
