As part of our growth, we are setting up a new office in Bhubaneswar and are hiring skilled professionals to strengthen our team.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Manager to oversee and manage our electrical and solar installation projects. The selected candidate will play a key role in planning, execution, and supervision, ensuring timely and quality completion of projects while leading site teams effectively.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day construction activities for electrical installation for substations, electrical distribution and solar projects (rooftop and ground-mounted).
• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure effective execution.
• Review technical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress, taking corrective actions when required.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental compliance at all sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and report project status to senior management/client.
• Manage client interactions, consultants, and statutory authorities as needed.
• Train, guide, and evaluate site personnel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction management, preferably in electrical projects/solar projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, and related civil/electrical works.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel and stay at project sites when required.
