Electrical Technician

• We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our solar installation team. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems related to rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain solar PV systems (residential & commercial)
• Perform electrical wiring, panel board connections, and inverter installation
• Assist in net metering and system commissioning
• Conduct site inspections and identify electrical requirements
• Troubleshoot faults and ensure system safety and efficiency
• Coordinate with installation team and supervisors
• Follow safety standards and company guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field
• Basic knowledge of solar systems (preferred)
• Experience: 0–3 years in electrical or solar field
• Ability to read electrical drawings and diagrams
• Familiarity with tools and electrical safety practices
• Willingness to travel for site work 

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (based on experience)
