Email Security Analyst

Email Security Management:

1) Policy configuration, manage and monitor SPF (Sender Policy Framework), DKIM (Domainkeys Identified mail), and DMARC (Domain-Based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) Policies.

2) Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of email authentication protocols to prevent emails spoofing and phishing attacks.

3) Analyze DMARC reports and provide insights to improve domain protection.

4) Define and enforce email security policies, standards, and guidelines based on regulatory requirements.

5) Conduct regular reviews and updates of email security policies to adapt to evolving threats nad business needs.

5) Knowledge in SMTP, POP3, IMAP

Threat Detection and Prevention:

1) Develop and implement strategies for detecting email-based threats such as phishing, spoofing and business email compromise (BEC) Utilize threat intelligence to enhance email security measures.

2) Analyze and interpret security logs from email systems to identify potential threats.

3) Stay updated on the latest email security trends and ensure the organization's email security posture remains robust.
