Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to join Paytm’s growing offline payments and merchant services team. The role involves onboarding merchants, promoting Paytm’s products (such as QR codes, Soundbox, EDC machines, and Paytm for Business app), and ensuring post-sales service and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new merchants to accept digital payments via Paytm.
• Promote Paytm products such as QR codes, EDC machines, Soundbox, and other business solutions.
• Ensure merchant activation and engagement to increase transaction volume.
• Provide after-sales support and handle merchant queries, complaints, and technical issues.
• Maintain good relationships with merchants to ensure retention and satisfaction.
• Collect and verify required documents for KYC compliance.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and service targets.
• Regularly update sales data and field reports in CRM or reporting tools.
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Experience: 0–3 years of field sales or customer service experience (Fresher can also apply).
• Skills:
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting new people daily.

• Must have a smartphone and a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
