Role Overview:

The Field Executive will be responsible for daily market outreach, lead generation, and customer acquisition through on-ground activities to increase new customer registrations and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily door-to-door (D2D) market visits to generate new leads.
• Distribute leaflets and promotional materials in the target market.
• Arrange and support in organizing health camps in different locations.
• Perform demo table activities in public areas to engage potential customers.
• Carry out demo counter / stall activities to showcase services and offers.
• Drive new customer registrations through the mobile app or offline process.
• Achieve new customer acquisition and onboarding targets.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
• Provide daily reports on market visits, leads generated, and customer conversions.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication Odisha and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work in the field and travel within assigned areas daily.
• Target-driven mindset and willingness to perform D2D sales activities.
• Experience in lead generation, field marketing, or customer acquisition is a plus.
• Basic smartphone and app handling knowledge.

Requirements

Education:- Minimum 8 pass      

Salary -12 to 15K Inhand
