Field Marketing Executive

Job Title: Field Executive – PM Surya Ghar Solar Projects

Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and responsible candidates who will handle on-ground coordination for solar project execution under the PM Surya Ghar Scheme. The role involves meeting customers, coordinating with banks, and liaising with the electricity department (Section Office / JEE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers after appointments are scheduled by the company.
• Explain solar project details, documentation, and process clearly to customers.
• Assist customers with required paperwork for loan and subsidy processing.
• Visit banks (if required) to coordinate loan-related activities and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with electricity department officials (Section Office / JEE) for approvals, inspection, and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of documents and smooth processing of applications.
• Maintain regular updates and reports of customer visits and progress.
• Handle basic issue resolution at customer level and escalate when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Basic communication skills (Hindi/Odia/English).
• Willingness to travel locally for field work.
• Basic understanding of solar systems (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to coordinate with government offices and banks.
