Position - Field Officers(Promoter)

Company - VST( Charminar cigarettes)

Location - Bhubaneswar

Payroll - Randstad India Pvt Ltd

Field Officers Role & JD:

Good communicator

Open to working in a field environment

Above 18 yrs

Freshers would be considered (15 to 20% of the total lot)

Exp in the FMCG / Tobacco industry would be preferred

Education: Min 12th Pass.

Confident

Preferably from the local area (so that less traveling would be required to reach the outlet)

Have to report to respective Pan shops @ 12 PM daily

Salary: 20K CTC / Month

Mobile: 200/- Month

Incentives: Would be awarded basis of over-achievement of given monthly targets
