Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Field & Service Executive to promote Paytm products, onboard merchants, and provide on-ground support to ensure smooth digital payment adoption. The role involves field visits, merchant training, issue resolution, and achieving assigned targets.

• Key Responsibilities
• Visit merchants (shops, retailers, service providers) to onboard them on Paytm services
• Promote Paytm products such as QR codes, Soundbox, POS, Wallet, and Payment Gateway
• Assist merchants with installation, activation, and usage training
• Provide after-sales service and support to resolve merchant issues
• Ensure daily field activity reporting through the company app/system
• Achieve weekly/monthly onboarding and revenue targets
• Educate merchants about new Paytm offers, schemes, and updates
• Maintain good relationships with existing merchants to drive retention
• Collect required KYC documents as per company guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum Any Qualification
• Experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, or customer service is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in the field and handle targets
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
• Android smartphone mandatory
• Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience with Paytm / PhonePe / Google Pay / Fintech companies
• Local area knowledge
• Self-motivated and result-oriented
