Key Responsibilities:

Identify and visit retail outlets, pharmacies, NGOs, schools, self-help groups, and health centers to generate sales.

Educate potential customers and partners on the benefits and features of SOFTIN sanitary pads.

Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market reach.

Conduct product demonstrations and sampling campaigns in communities and institutions.

Build strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.

Gather market feedback and report customer insights to the team.

Support awareness drives and menstrual health education sessions conducted by the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, healthcare, or hygiene products preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about women’s health and social impact.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
