Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence. You will be the face of our brand, responsible for identifying new leads, meeting with clients at their locations, and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.


Key Responsibilities


Lead Generation: Proactively identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research to build a strong sales pipeline.

Direct Selling: Conduct face-to-face meetings and tailored product demonstrations to showcase value propositions to prospective customers.

Territory Management: Efficiently manage an assigned geographical area to maximize market coverage and sales productivity.

Negotiation & Closing: Address customer objections, negotiate pricing/terms, and finalize sales contracts while maintaining company profitability.

Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Reporting: Log all interactions in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Proven track record in field sales or a similar customer-facing role.

Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills to explain complex solutions clearly.

Mobility: A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory are mandatory.

Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM tools.

Personal Attributes: High degree of self-motivation, resilience in the face of rejection, and strong time-management skills.


Success Metrics (KPIs)


Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.

High conversion rate of leads to closed deals.

Number of daily/weekly customer visits conducted.

Maintenance of a high customer retention rate.
