Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets by visiting customers in assigned territories.
The role involves identifying prospects, presenting products or services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market research
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote products/services
- Present, demonstrate, and explain offerings to clients
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information
