About the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Google Maps team. The role involves field visits to onboard Shops, restaurants, cafes, and eateries onto Google Maps / Google Business Profile, ensuring accurate listing details, location verification, and promotion of digital presence.


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and approach potential Shop, restaurants, cafés, and food outletsin assigned areasfor onboarding on Google Maps / Google My Business (GMB).

• Educate restaurant owners/managers about the benefits of being listed and maintaining an active presence on Google Maps.

• Collect accurate businessinformation including name, address, contact details, photos, operating hours, and menu details.

• Verify and validate the location using Google’stools or processes.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly onboarding and revenue targets.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with onboarded partnersto ensure satisfaction and accuracy of listings.

• Submit daily reports on leads, conversions, and market insightsto the Team Lead/Manager.

• Coordinate with the internal operations and quality team for data verification and issue resolution.

• Represent the company professionally while working in the field and building strong client relationships.



Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration preferred).

• Experience: 0–3 years in field sales, business development, or merchant onboarding.

• Preferred Experience: Restaurant onboarding, Google Maps, Paytm, Justdial, or other digital listing/sales platforms.

Skills Required:

o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Strong presentation and convincing ability.

o Basic knowledge of Google Maps / Google My Business.

o Smartphone handling & tech-savvy with Google apps.

o Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

o Willingnessto travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Languages: English and Hindi are a plus.
