Field Sales Executive

A Service and Sales Executive plays a dual role that combines customer service excellence with effective sales performance. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving their issues, and providing solutions that enhance their overall experience with the company. At the same time, the executive actively promotes and sells the company’s products or services to new and existing customers.

This role requires building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular interactions, follow-ups, and personalized support. The executive must identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets. They act as a key link between the customer and the organization by coordinating with internal teams for service delivery, tracking customer feedback, and ensuring timely resolution of queries.
