- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate sales demand for paint products in your assigned area
- Meet painting contractors daily and build strong relationships
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage
- Promote loyalty programs & schemes to contractors
- Conduct dealer/shop meetings with painters
- Identify construction sites and try to convert them into customers
- Place samples & demos at live sites
- Ensure proper product awareness and brand visibility
