Job Description
Successful Candidate shall display a high level of energy and self motivation.
Person should be willing to travel regularly to visit different complaints and properly communicate with customers / dealers.
Regular updating on their visit status etc. will be needed.
Technical competence, willingness to learn, ability to apply knowledge is a must.
Company shall train the candidate on the required technical parameters but ability to grasp and apply will be important.
Candidate should have knowledge of working with tools (hardware / software).
Engineer will diagnose and attend to the problems of the battery including testing, replacing of components as may be needed.
