Industry: Real estate builders & construction company / Building Materials

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients across EPCs, government/private contractors, PMCs, architects, industrial estates, and other relevant segments.

Present product offerings effectively and generate leads/enquiries.

Prepare and submit quotations, follow up consistently, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.

Execute vendor registrations and drive consistent enquiry flow.

Expand business in Bhubaneswar and across Odisha with a focus on product penetration.

Provide after-sales support, maintain client relations, and secure repeat business.

Conduct competitor pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies.

Ensure consistent sales and healthy cash flow every month.

Submit daily reports to the reporting manager.

🎯 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achieve monthly sales targets (volume & value).

Add new customers and penetrate untapped markets.

Acquire new dealers/distributors.

Maintain at least 80% accuracy in enquiry-to-order conversion ratio.
