POSITION: FMCG Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

# Sales Execution: Visit sales points, explain product benefits, convince customers, and secure sales. 

# Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Amicably manage returns and sales disputes.

# Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. 

# Market Presence: Ensure product availability, proper shelf placement, and effective promotions in outlets. 

# Strategy & Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and report sales performance to management. 

# Order & Logistics: Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery. 

# Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform sales and marketing. 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

# Proven background in FMCG or related sales.

# Communication: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

# Proactive: A self-starter with a goal-oriented approach.

# Analytical: Ability to understand market dynamics and track performance.

# Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

# Education: Diploma or degree in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
