Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires crafting innovative solutions that enhance client services by integrating cutting-edge technologies. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges, applying a cloud-first approach, and adapting to agile methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of software components.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously improve system performance and scalability through code optimization and refactoring.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in developing and maintaining end-to-end software solutions with a focus on accounting modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA.
- Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and agile software development practices.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven technology solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
