Job Description
We are looking for a Hardware and Networking Technician to join our team at M/s. Spectrum Technology to resolve service / repair of hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain Laptop, computer systems, networks and hardware
- Diagnose and fix hardware/software issues
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
- Install and configure operating systems and security tools
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates
- Ability to use diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeters) to identify and fix issues.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
