Hiring For Sales Executive Position

 We are looking for candidates, fresher/experienced for Recruitment and Sales.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

➢ Basic knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

➢ Effective communication skills

➢ Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

➢ Team Building skills

➢ Minimum 0-1 years of experience in relevant field.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

➢ Screen resumes and application forms.

➢ Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.

➢ Posting job ads on social media platforms/job portals.

➢ To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target with team.

➢ To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of IC…in the team.

➢ To take initiative for team development through productivity improvement drives or training programs.

➢ Training & development ensure the product training to the employees and resolving the queries as when they need it.

➢ Responsible for quality team development.

◾LOCATION: Work from office/home

Looking for a candidates from , Bhubaneshwar, Puri,Cuttack

◾SALARY + ALLOWANCE - 9000-52000

(Training will be for 3 months, during the training period candidate will get the stipend up to 90000 according to the performance)
