Job Title: Home Tutor (Part-Time / Private Home Tutor)

Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

Employment Type: Part-Time | Field-Based (Home Tuition)

Job Overview: We are looking for dedicated and subject-proficient Home Tutors to provide one-on-one academic support to students at their residences. The tutor will be responsible for delivering personalized learning, monitoring student progress, and maintaining regular communication with parents and the academic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one home tuition classes as per the assigned schedule
• Teach students from LKG to Class 10 (CBSE / ICSE as per allocation)
• Prepare lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum
• Conduct regular assessments, homework checks, and revision sessions
• Share student progress and feedback with parents and the 'Studit' academic team
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and proper class discipline
• Follow all company policies, reporting formats, and attendance procedures

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduation or Final Year of Graduation
• Age: Minimum 20 years
• Strong subject knowledge in one or more subjects (Maths, Science, English, Social Science, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred (freshers can apply)

Teaching Schedule:

• Preferred teaching hours: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Class timings and number of students will be assigned based on mutual availability

Compensation:

• ₹2,000 – ₹3,500 per student per month
• Payment depends on class, subject, experience, and number of students allotted
• Timely monthly payments as per company payment cycle
