Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: Symphony Mall, Bhubaneswar

Department: Housekeeping

Reporting To: Mall Operations / Facility Manager

Role Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising a team of 15 housekeeping attendants to ensure the mall premises remain clean, hygienic, and well maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and allocate daily duties to All housekeeping attendants.
• Ensure cleanliness of corridors, washrooms, entrances, parking areas, food court, and common areas.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and grooming of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure proper waste collection and disposal.
• Monitor usage and stock of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with security, maintenance, and mall operations teams for smooth functioning.
• Respond promptly to cleanliness complaints and operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 2–5 years experience in housekeeping supervision (mall, hotel, hospital, or facility preferred)
• Basic leadership and team management skills.
