Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all HR functions within the real estate organization, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, training, employee relations, statutory compliance, and culture-building initiatives. The role requires strong understanding of real estate operations, site-level manpower management, brokerage onboarding, and sales-driven work environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, customer relations, construction/site staff, back-office, and leadership roles.
- Develop hiring strategies to meet project-wise manpower needs.
- Build strong networks with consultants, brokers, college placement cells, and industry professionals.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and coordinate final selections.
2. Onboarding & Orientation
- Oversee joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
- Ensure smooth integration of new hires at corporate and site locations.
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data.
3. Performance Management
- Implement KPIs/KRAs relevant to real estate functions such as sales targets, site productivity, and customer service metrics.
- Facilitate appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
- Align performance outcomes with organizational goals.
4. Training & Development
- Identify skill gaps in sales teams, CRM teams, and construction staff.
- Organize training programs on product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance, safety, leadership, and soft skills.
- Collaborate with department heads to create development plans.
5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Drive initiatives that improve retention, motivation, and team cohesion.
- Organize events, celebrations, rewards & recognition programs.
- Address employee grievances promptly and professionally.
6. HR Policy & Compliance
- Draft, implement, and update HR policies.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for statutory requirements.
7. Site HR Coordination
- Oversee HR operations for multiple project sites.
- Manage attendance, contractor labor, site discipline, safety compliance, and coordination with project managers.
- Conduct site visits as required.
8. Admin & Operational Support
- Oversee general administration including office supplies, facility management, travel, and vendor coordination.
- Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and HRMIS systems.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- Min 1 years of HR experience (real estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, Policies and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven, sales-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
