Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR-related activities

Real Estate / Construction industry experience preferred

Males candidates only

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and other channels

Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates

Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintaining employee and recruitment data

Assisting in HR documentation and day-to-day HR operations

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and data entry

Good communication and coordination skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of HR processes
