Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

• Coordinate with candidates and maintain interview records

• Support onboarding and documentation for new employees

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Assist in HR administrative tasks and internal coordination

• Support HR team in employee engagement activities

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA (HR) Preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
