Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute hiring plans for all departments.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process—job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. HR Operations & Administration Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.

  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leaves, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure timely issuance of appointment letters, confirmations, transfers, and exit documents.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment.

4. Performance Management Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (annual/bi-annual).

  • Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
  • Drive performance improvement plans where required.

5. Policy Development & Compliance Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
  • Liaise with government officials, auditors, and consultants as necessary.

6. Training & Development Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organisation.

  • Plan and execute L&D programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and employee development progress.

7. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Manage structured orientation programs for new employees.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse attrition trends.
  • Ensure smooth relieving formalities and knowledge transfer.

8. HR Strategy & Leadership Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Prepare HR dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership review.
  • Drive HR initiatives that align with business priorities.
