1.Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning:

• Source and recruit for diverse roles ranging from Site Engineers and Project Managers to skilled labour and plant operators.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, headhunting, interviewing, and salary negotiation.

2. Statutory Compliance & Labor Laws

• Ensure 100% compliance with local labour laws, including the Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, and Building & Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act.
• Manage documentation for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and Gratuity.
• Oversee site audits and maintain all statutory registers required for construction and manufacturing units.

3. Payroll & Attendance Management

• Monitor attendance for both office staff and site-based employees using biometric or manual muster systems.
• Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate calculation of overtime (OT), site allowances, and deductions.
• Coordinate with the accounts department for timely disbursement of wages to contract labourer’s.

4. Employee Relations & Safety

• Conduct regular site visits to address grievances and improve workforce morale.
• Collaborate with the Safety (HSE) team to ensure all workers are trained in safety protocols and have proper PPE.
• Manage disciplinary actions and termination processes in accordance with company policy and legal standards.
• Feature Requirement Education MBA in or a related Master’s degree.
• Experience2–5 years of HR experience specifically in Real Estate, Construction, or Manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of Labor Laws and Site-specific compliance.
• Soft Skills Strong negotiation skills, conflict resolution, and the ability to communicate with diverse workforce levels.
