Role OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead the overall HR function. The candidate should have 10+ years of progressive HR experience with expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and HR strategy alignment with business goals.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning.
• Manage performance appraisal systems and drive KPI-based culture.
• Oversee employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace culture.
• Design compensation structures and supervise payroll.
• Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws) and maintain HR policies.
• Lead training, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Qualifications & SkillsMBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• 10+ years of HR experience with managerial exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing HR teams and HRMS systems.
