Job Description

1. Job OverviewAs a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and implement effective hiring strategies to meet organizational needs.

  • 2. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to their successful onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and referral networks.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Negotiate salary packages and offer terms with selected candidates.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job specifications and plan recruitment strategies.
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance ratio.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and statutory guidelines.

3. Key Result Areas (KRA)Performance will be assessed based on the following KRAs:

  • Achieving assigned hiring targets within defined timelines.
  • Maintaining an offer acceptance rate of 85% or higher.
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong hiring manager satisfaction.
  • Reducing time-to-fill for priority and critical roles.
  • Ensuring full compliance with recruitment processes and company policies.
  • 4. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn and job portals.

5. Performance Expectations & EvaluationQuarterly performance reviews will be conducted to evaluate progress on key hiring metrics, quality of candidate experience, and adherence to recruitment standards. The organization promotes continuous learning through training programs and mentorship to support professional development.
