Headquartered at Bhubaneswar, the State capital, it now has delivery centers across the country.

Currently we have vacancy for "HR Recruiter" in our Bhubaneswar, Odisha center.

Job Description:

· Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

· Sourcing fresher and Experience Candidates for Inbound and Outbound voice process

• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

· Need to get in touch with the placement vendors

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job Portals/Board/Newspapers/Colleges etc.

· Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.

· Screen candidates resumes and job applications

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting portals and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

· Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

· Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
• Hands-on experience with recruiting portals, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
