Job Description
Objective:
Interacting with the candidates who are interested in built carrier in Health Industry.
Responsible for End to End Recruitment.
Receiving requirement from the team Leader.
Analysing the requirement.
Updating the candidates with relevant openings.
Browsing job portals & our own database for the right candidate.
Work on references, mapping, head hunting.
To select the suitable profile.
Shortlist the selected candidates and forward that profile to the clients.
Coordinating for the HR round interview.
Follow up with the candidate till joining.
