Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, including maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.

Prepare and update employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.

Support the onboarding and offboarding processes.

Handle routine HR queries from employees and provide timely support.

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.

Help organize training sessions.
