Human Resource Business Partner

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing fintech operations in Bhubaneswar. The role involves partnering with business leaders, driving people initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business and functional leaders
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (joining to exit)
• Support performance management, goal setting, and reviews
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention initiatives
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions
• Support manpower planning, hiring coordination, and onboarding
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to leadership
• Required Skills & Qualifications:MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
• 3–6 years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience (Fintech preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
• Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting
