About Us

We are a fast-growing EV manufacturing startup building sustainable electric mobility solutions. As our factory and team expand, we are looking for a hands-on HR Executive who can manage core HR operations end-to-end and help build strong people systems in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants complete ownership of HR operations and exposure to factory-level HR. You will work closely with management and plant teams to manage people processes, compliance, and culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Core HR Operations

• Manage payroll processing, coordination, and salary disbursement
• Maintain and implement leave policies, attendance systems, and shift tracking
• Ensure accurate HR documentation, employee files, and records

Employee Relations & Compliance

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace issues
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory requirements
• Manage PF, ESI, and other statutory registrations and filings
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory staff, engineers, executives, and support roles
• Conduct onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
• Coordinate manpower planning with department heads

Performance Management

• Support performance appraisal cycles, goal setting, and reviews
• Track performance data and support improvement plans
• Assist management with feedback and employee development initiatives

Culture & Office Engagement

• Plan and execute all office and factory events (festivals, team activities, celebrations)
• Support employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives
• Promote a positive, disciplined, and startup-driven work culture

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers with relevant internships are welcome)
• MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related qualification
• Exposure or strong interest in manufacturing / EV / factory HR
• Working knowledge of payroll, PF, ESI, attendance, and compliance basics
• Strong communication, coordination, and people-handling skills
• Comfortable working both on the factory floor and in office operations
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
