About the Role

Kefilo is looking for a highly motivated HR Trainee who is eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to recruitment, people operations, and on-ground coordination while building strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages to coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Support HR operations, documentation, and employee records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for hiring requirements and manpower planning.
• Visit client or partner locations when required for HR coordination or recruitment drives.
• Help organize team meetings, onboarding sessions, and HR activities.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress.

Requirements

• Must have a personal laptop for work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a startup culture with flexible responsibilities.
• Comfortable with 10–12 hours of work per day when required.
• Ready to travel locally for client visits and recruitment activities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication is preferred.
