ICU Nurse

Job description

• Monitor and assess patient conditions regularly, using advanced medical equipment to track vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to the physician’s orders.
• Manage life support systems, including ventilators and IV drips.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualised care plans for each patient.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them understand the treatment process and addressing any concerns.
• Evaluate and monitor the patient’s progress.
• Identify sudden or subtle changes in a patient’s medical condition.
• Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
• Care for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.

Role- Clinical Nurse Specialist/ ICU Nurse

Qualification- B.Sc nursing/ GNM with Experience
