Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Noida / Bhubaneswar / Kolkata Full-Time 2-4 years in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) Position Summary The SAP FICO Associate supports the design, implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP FICO solutions. This position requires a foundational understanding of core financial processes like the Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycles, contributing to various projects

Responsibilities

Support Team Operations: Assist in the management and execution of tasks within the SAP FICO team, collaborating closely with functional and technical consultants. Project Involvement: Contribute to the project lifecycle for SAP FICO implementations, rollouts, and enhancements, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Functional Support: Provide assistance in core SAP FICO areas, such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Cost Center Accounting (CCA). Process Documentation: Participate in documenting business processes, requirements, and functional specifications to support project deliverables. Testing and Quality Assurance: Assist in testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and contribute to quality assurance efforts to ensure compliance with SAP best practices. Stakeholder Communication: Support communication with business stakeholders by assisting in translating business financial needs into actionable specifications. Learning and Development: Stay updated with SAP FICO functionalities and advancements, including S/4HANA Finance and Fiori applications, to enhance personal skills and contribute to team goals.
