Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Kubernetes L3

Primary skill - GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine)

Secondary skill - GitLab, ArgoCD, Helm

Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, product capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You and excellence in technology delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Collaborate with clients to design a secure and functional GKE services.
- Configure and manage GKE deployments using the IaC framework.
- Build Gitlab CI pipelines for automated GKE infrastructure delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and support for GKE-related projects.
-Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and scaling
of applications.

Professional & Technical skill:
- Experience in Gitlab, Argo CD or similar CI CD tools and Git-Ops practices
- Experience with installing, troubleshooting Kubernetes platforms
- Experience with Helm, customize or any other templating tools
- Experience with monitoring, logging tools preferably Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk or Dynatrace.
- Good collaborator
- Implementing best practices for container orchestration and management

Additional Information :

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
