Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for both production and development systems. Your typical day will involve addressing various technical issues, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that all configured services operate smoothly across different platforms. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software problems, implementing technology solutions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the systems in place. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery.

- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design.
- Strong understanding of storage area networks and their configurations.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating system-level implementations across server and network areas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dell EMC SAN Architecture and Design.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
