Job Description
🚀 We’re Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – Solar Products ☀️
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Eligibility: Candidates must be from Bhubaneswar only (outside Odisha candidates are not eligible)
Job Role:
- Handle and follow up on all company-generated leads
- Convince customers about our solar products and solutions
- Close deals and achieve assigned sales targets
- Regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Motivate customers by explaining cost savings and long-term benefits of solar energy
Requirements:
- Target-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
- Good communication and customer-handling ability
- Ability to crack deals and achieve monthly targets
- Experience in inside sales / tele-sales preferred (solar industry is an advantage)
