Job Overview


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our custom t-shirt printing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into successful orders. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities


- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels

- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and follow-ups

- Understand customer requirements (design, quantity, fabric, printing type, deadlines)

- Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers

- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure order feasibility

- Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline

- Follow up on leads and pending quotations to close sales

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Assist customers in selecting designs, styles, and printing options

- Resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth order process

Required Skills & Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)

- Proven experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer service

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Strong persuasive and closing abilities

- Basic understanding of printing, apparel, or customization industry (a plus)

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
