Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative AutoCAD-cum-2D/3D interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for design and a strong understanding of AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools. This role involves collaborating with the design team to create accurate technical drawings, 3D renderings, and models that bring interior design concepts to life. A background in interior design, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Prepare and modify construction drawings, layouts, and schematics as per client requirements and project specifications.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Use 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max or similar) to create realistic renderings and models that showcase design concepts.
• Develop photorealistic 3D visualizations for client presentations, allowing them to visualize the design before implementation.
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to refine design concepts and ensure accurate representation of ideas.
• Present design solutions, layouts, and 3D visualizations to clients and incorporate their feedback into the design process.
• Assist in preparing design presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
• Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Assist the design team in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for projects.
• Ensure precision and accuracy in measurements and materials.
• Ensure that the design elements are represented accurately in AutoCAD drawings and 3D models.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and software in interior design and 3D visualization.
• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Certification in interior design or similar software is an advantage
• Experience:
• Hands-on experience in the interior design or a similar industry, with proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D design software for interior design projects, is required.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial interior design projects or similar industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant 3D design tools.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion (or relevant software)
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills and understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.
