Job Summary:

Vizous Interio Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee the execution of interior design projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and design teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure work is progressing as per design and schedule.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and vendors for smooth site execution.
• Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship as per design standards.
• Monitor labour, materials, and subcontractors on-site.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports and site photos.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Resolve on-site issues or deviations from the plan promptly.
• Assist in material procurement and inventory management when needed.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Assist in material procurement and inventory management when required.

 Educational Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

Experience:

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Sound understanding of interior execution, materials, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites as required

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software.
• Experience with residential and commercial interior projects preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Rs. 13,000 to 15, 000 per month
• Fuel reimbursement as per actual usage
