Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents
Train advisors on insurance products, sales process, and compliance
Motivate and drive agents to achieve monthly/annual sales targets
Support agents in joint field work and customer meetings
Build and maintain long-term relationships with advisors
Ensure policy issuance, documentation, and customer service support
Monitor agent productivity and persistency
Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies
Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and training programs
Handle post-sales support and grievance resolution if required
