Loan Executive

We are hiring Loan Officers for the Paytm Lending Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit merchants and build relationships with business owners.

Promote and process merchant loan products.

Complete daily merchant visits as assigned.

Achieve Loan Disbursement + Merchant Visit targets.

Maintain proper reporting and activity updates.

Salary Structure:

Salary is point-based as per company policy.

Fixed points must be achieved as defined by the company.

Incentives will be paid additionally based on target achievement.

No fuel allowance will be provided.

Requirements:

Merchant visit is mandatory.

Candidate must achieve Loan + Visit targets.

Good communication and field sales skills preferred.
