Management Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, book travel, and handle general correspondence (emails, memos).

Document Preparation: Draft reports, presentations, and other essential documents for management.

Data Management: Maintain databases, update records, and track expenses.

Project Assistance: Help with research, project coordination, and event planning.

HR & Finance Support: Assist with new employee onboarding, shift scheduling, timesheet tracking, and expense reporting.

Office Operations: Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
