Job Description
Core Responsibilities:-
Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling emails, and managing travel arrangements.
Documentation & Reporting: Preparing documents, drafting reports, conducting research, maintaining records, and data entry.
Office Operations: Coordinating day-to-day office tasks, monitoring inventory, and ordering supplies.
Communication & Coordination: Acting as a liaison between managers and employees, communicating with stakeholders, and facilitating communication across departments.
HR Support: Assisting with employee scheduling, training new staff, and supporting recruitment processes.
