Management Trainee

Key responsibilities:-

Assist managers: Support managers with daily tasks, operations, and administrative duties.

Departmental rotation: Work in and learn about different departments to understand all aspects of the business.

Data analysis and reporting: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports and presentations for teams and management.

Project and task completion: Assist with projects, take on assigned tasks, and complete them by required deadlines.

Training and development: Participate in training sessions, shadow senior staff, and learn company policies and best practices.

Employee support: Provide support and help maintain a positive and productive work environment for employees.

Performance tracking: Track business performance, analyze revenue, and identify areas for improvement.
